On the ground floor there is the living-area with a dining-place and an open fireplace, and an attached kitchen.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the ground floor as well. On the top floor there are another two bedrooms with balconies, and another two bathrooms.

In the gardens of the 500 square meters property there are flowers and ornamental plants, and a small lawn.
The terrace in the garden's center frames a 40 square meters swimming pool and a 5 square meters paddling-pool.
It has an attached barbecue facility which includes a charcoal grill of stone, a traditional bake-oven of stone, and a dining-corner with table and chairs which is roofed by a pergola.
