The living-area on the ground floor has an open fireplace and air conditioning, a home cinema equipment with a large plasma screen, a DVD player and a satellite receiver, a stereo equipment, couches and a dining-place with table and chairs.

The Internet socket is also on the ground floor.
On the ground floor and on the top floor there are two bedrooms each.
All of them have separate air conditioning units which can be switched to heating-mode in wintertime and during chilly springtime and autumn nights.
The bedrooms on the top floor have balconies.

One of the bedrooms on the ground floor and one of the bedrooms on the top floor also have another two TV sets.
Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, the other two bedrooms have two single beds each. A ninth accommodation will be provided on demand.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a whirlpool, and another bathroom with a hydromassage shower equipment.

The two bathrooms on the top floor have shower cabinets.
There is one hairdryer in each of the 4 bathrooms. A washing-machine and a tumbler are also available.
Baby cots will be provided on request.
Solar warm water supply with auxiliary electric heating. Rooms cleaning as well as change of sheets and towels twice per week.
